Privacy Policy

ReunionGoods is the controller responsible for your personal information. For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@reuniongoods.com. A postal address is available on request.

Information you provide.

• Order and contact details — name, email address, shipping address, and (via our checkout partners) billing information.
• Personalization content you enter — such as family name, year, location, reunion date, honoree name, and any text or artwork/photos you upload for your product.
• Waitlist email if you join our launch list, and messages you send us for support.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Services we and our providers may collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps, through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies”). When you approve a custom order, we record the approval timestamp and IP address as proof of authorization.

Information from third parties. If you buy through a marketplace or platform (e.g., Etsy), we receive the order and fulfillment details needed to make and ship your product. We do not receive your full payment card number.

We do not intentionally collect special-category / sensitive personal data, and we ask that you not include it in personalization fields or uploads.

• To design, produce, personalize, ship, and support your order.
• To process payments, prevent fraud, and keep records of order approvals.
• To send order and service communications, and — with your consent where required — marketing.
• To operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Services.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Where GDPR / UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract — to fulfill and support your order.
• Consent — for optional marketing email and non-essential cookies; you may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interests — to secure, analyze, and improve the Services and prevent fraud, balanced against your rights.
• Legal obligation — to meet tax, accounting, and other legal requirements.

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site and, where applicable, analytics/ performance cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and — where required — via any cookie banner presented to you. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of “sale”/“sharing” where applicable.

We share only what is necessary with vendors who process data on our behalf under contract:

• Hosting & storage — our cloud host and Cloudflare R2 (storage of uploads).
• Print-on-demand & shipping — our fulfillment partners (e.g., Printify and its print providers) and carriers, to produce and deliver orders.
• Payments — payment processors and marketplaces (e.g., Etsy) that handle checkout.
• Email & communications — our email provider (Mailgun) for order and marketing messages.
• Marketing platforms — e.g., Pinterest, when we publish our own product listings.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information for money.

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the U.S. and other countries. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum), or another lawful transfer mechanism. A copy of the safeguards is available on request.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. In particular:

• Uploaded photos/artwork are stored in Cloudflare R2 and automatically deleted 30 days after upload — or immediately after production if you select that option at upload.
• Order records are retained as required for tax, accounting, warranty, and legal purposes.
• Waitlist/marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including encryption in transit and access controls) to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to:

• Access a copy of your personal data;
• Rectify inaccurate data;
• Erase data (“right to be forgotten”);
• Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
• Data portability;
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing).

Exercise these rights by emailing privacy@reuniongoods.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you need an EU/UK representative under Article 27, contact us and we will provide the relevant details.

Depending on your state (e.g., California’s CCPA/CPRA, and laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others), you may have the right to:

• Know/access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect;
• Delete personal information we have collected;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and of targeted advertising;
• Limit use of sensitive personal information;
• Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.

We do not sell personal information for money and do not knowingly “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your rights, email privacy@reuniongoods.com. We will verify your request and may ask for information to confirm your identity; you may use an authorized agent. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out where applicable.

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or under 13 in the U.S.). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing without human involvement.

The Services may link to third-party sites (e.g., Etsy, Pinterest) that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where required, by additional notice.
