Terms of Service

ReunionGoods sells personalized reunion print goods. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. You must be 18+ (or have a parent/guardian agree for you).

You keep ownership of anything you upload. You grant ReunionGoods and its print/fulfillment partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, adapt, and print your content solely to create and fulfill your order. The license ends when your order is complete and the file is deleted.

You confirm you own or are licensed to use what you upload; that it doesn’t infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy right; and that you have the consent of every identifiable person in it (and a parent/guardian for any minor).

No unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content; no content that depicts minors inappropriately or uses others’ trademarks or celebrity likeness without rights; nothing that violates our print partners’ policies.

Uploaded designs are reviewed by a person before printing. We may decline, cancel, or remove any upload or order at our discretion; if we decline before production, that item is refunded.

Uploads are stored with a third-party cloud provider (Cloudflare R2). Orders are produced and shipped by independent third-party print-on-demand partners. We choose to use these providers but do not control their systems and are not responsible for them.

Any production or delivery dates we show are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Times depend on our partners’ queues, peak seasons, stock/supply, payment verification, design review, and shipping carriers — all outside our control. We are not liable for third-party or carrier delays. For time-sensitive events like reunions, order early; we cannot guarantee arrival by any specific date.

Colors and finish may vary from your screen and between runs; minor variation is normal and not a defect.

Uploaded photos are auto-deleted 30 days after upload, or immediately after production if you choose that option. See our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services and products are provided “as is” without warranties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected item, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including a missed event).

You agree to defend and hold ReunionGoods harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

Custom and personalized items are final sale, except where an item arrives defective or not as ordered due to our error — then we’ll reprint or refund that item. An order that misses an event because it was placed too close to the date is not a defect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Florida (not in court), and you and ReunionGoods waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first order by emailing us.

We may update these Terms; the version shown at the time of your order applies.
