Make room for every branch
Ask each household who is coming and how they want their names recorded. Give people a way to reply privately about cost, transport or access. Keep a separate count for each meal if guests are arriving on different days.
Give someone the handover job
Choose who checks deliveries, labels shirts and brings favors to the venue. Leave that person the checked order list. A box marked “reunion stuff” does not tell a cousin which size belongs to them.
